If you would like to call the office for the Courtesy Officer, you may do so anonymously. Please make sure when leaving a message to be detailed, such as apartment number, name, and reason of call. The Courtesy Officer can be reached at calling our office at 615-731-6837, and choosing option 4. Be as specific as you can. REMEMBER that the Courtesy Officer should NEVER take the place of the police. If you suspect a crime is being committed or about to be committed call 911 immediately. As you can appreciate nobody can guarantee your safety. Your safety is the your responsibility and that of our local police department.
